Shipping

Orders are shipped out as soon as possible using UPS or FedEx Ground.

Freight costs for international deliveries will be calculated after the order has been placed, and we will contact you with the updated total. You will have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund after the quote is calculated.

Orders valued over $200 will require a signature upon delivery.

Please inspect the shipment thoroughly upon delivery. In the event of damage, please contact us as soon as possible. Retain all packages as pictures of the damage will be required in order to file an insurance claim with the carrier. If the damage is severe, and you are present at the time of delivery the shipment can be refused.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if any issues arise please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

For non-defective returns made within 30 days from date of purchase, payment will be refunded less shipping and handling and up to a 20% restocking fee. The item has to be complete and in like-new, unused condition in order to receive a refund. In some cases we may be able to provide a full credit towards items in a new order.

Returns for refunds after 30 days are not accepted under any circumstances.
